About Us

Who we are

Anderson Wallrock Nautical is an exciting collaboration between sailing mad duo Tim Anderson and Charles Wallrock, both established antiques dealers for over 30 years and passionate yachties. Being antiques themselves, Tim and Charles have amassed a wealth of knowledge and have become leading global maritime dealers.

Tim, not only an antiques dealer with a cracking dry wit, is a specialist in all things nautical. He has built up the very successful KB boat park dry-stack in Southsea, Portsmouth. Along with its new neighbours, BAR (Ben Ainslie Racing), the HQ for Sir Ben’s British Americas Cup Challenge, Southsea is set to become one of the hottest boating venues in the UK. Tim’s offices and boardroom are filled with an array of superb ship’s models, marine paintings and artefacts, unsurprisingly with an Americas Cup flavour and Tim is always happy to give interested visitors a tour.

Charles has boats and antiques in his blood. His grand father ran an auction house in London on the site that is now Bonhams. He spent much of his youth in boat yards before going on to found Wick Antiques. His passion and eye for antiques shone through and he went on to supply the iconic Harrods Antiques Department for over 22 years until the department was closed in 2011. This closure has allowed him to follow his real passion of dealing in nautical antiques.

Between them they have amassed an astonishing collection of luxury maritime antiques, from pairs of canon and rare globes, to leather deck chairs and a huge collection of original Beken photographs. AWN is an established LAPADA member and will be annually showcasing its wares at the Lapada Fair in Berkeley Square, London every September.
